Are you ready to visit the famous picturesque White villages? There is nothing more iconic than driving through the Costa de la Luz landscape and seeing the whitewashed houses nestled in the hills of Cádiz.
These famous white villages built on sloping hills are known for their history, spectacular views, and delicious local cuisine.
Cádiz has 19 different white villages all unique in their own way. In this experience, you will explore two different towns of your choosing from the list below.
Once we begin our experience we will drive to the first village admiring the natural beauty of the landscape. There we will tour around the village before sitting down for breakfast.
After we will drive to the next town where we will learn about its history and culture and enjoy a local lunch to include a beverage of your choice.
We will then return to the original starting point.
White Villages to Visit:
– Arcos de la Frontera
– Grazalema
– Vejer de la Frontera
– Ronda (this town sits right outside the border of Cádiz in Malaga)
– Zahara de la Sierra
Depending on the white village and the season, additional activities can be included such as (please inquire for more information on activities and pricing):
– Winery visit and tasting
– Olive oil pressing and tasting
– Cheesemaking and tasting
– Hike through the Sierra

Meeting Point
We will meet at a preestablished location within the city of Cádiz.

1st Stop: Stroll Through the Old Town
At the first white village, we will stroll through the old town for about an hour before taking in the scenes and views. After we will stop for breakfast.
There will also be some downtime to stop in the local artisanal shops and discover the unique craftsmanship each town, is known for.

2nd Stop: Explore, Eat & Drink, Enjoy
At the second stop, we will take some more time to explore the old town before sitting down for a nice meal and a beverage of your choosing.

Do you have something in mind you want to see or taste, just let us know. All of our private experiences are customizable, we love to change things up!
MEETING POINT & TOUR DURATION
Meeting location: Hotel, Rail or, Cruise Ship Port.
Suggested by guide: A meeting location will be determined prior to the start of the tour.
Tour Duration: The tour is around 7 hours in total. Please keep in mind that there are between 45min-2hrs between towns, to keep with the time we are only allotted so much time in each town.
TRANSPORTATION
We will be transported in a private vehicle. Once we are in the town the experience in on foot. Please keep in mind the white villages sit on steep hills. Being able to walk at an incline is recommended.
RESTRICTIONS
Please keep in mind it can be very hot in the Summer months and rainy in the winter and spring.
Most Tapa bars are open between 12:00 and 16:00.
